For large-scale assembly operations, low-temperature drying is generally adopted, using an oven or drying channel.

The precautions to be taken in this process include: for sprayed workpieces, if they are produced in small batches, before entering the curing furnace, attention should be paid to preventing the powder from falling off. If there is any powder wiping phenomenon, the powder should be sprayed in a timely manner. Strictly control the process and temperature time during baking, and pay attention to preventing insufficient curing caused by excessive color difference or short baking time.

對(duì)于大批量自動(dòng)輸送的工件，在進(jìn)烘道前同樣要仔細(xì)檢查是否漏噴噴薄或局部擦粉現(xiàn)象，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格件，應(yīng)把好關(guān)防止進(jìn)入烘道，盡可能取下重噴。如個(gè)別工件因薄噴不合格，在固化出烘道后可以重噴再次固化或者直接使用脫漆劑。

For large batches of automatically transported workpieces, it is also necessary to carefully check whether there is any missed spraying or local powder wiping phenomenon before entering the drying channel. If unqualified parts are found, they should be properly closed to prevent them from entering the drying channel, and it is best to remove and re spray them as much as possible. If individual workpieces are not qualified due to thin spraying, they can be re sprayed and cured after curing out of the drying channel or directly used with paint remover.
