1、吸氣臂捕捉方式
1. Aspiration arm capture method
吸氣臂的骨架類似于人的手臂,通過(guò)阻尼桿和摩擦片的作用,吸氣手臂能夠在吸氣臂長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi)的空間內(nèi)懸停。在吸氣罩的位置上設(shè)計(jì)了獨(dú)特的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),保證了吸氣罩能夠通過(guò)任意方位對(duì)準(zhǔn)焊接位置。吸氣罩通過(guò)流體設(shè)計(jì)和氣流模擬,使吸氣臂能夠最大量和最大范圍的捕捉焊接過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的煙塵。
The skeleton of the inhaler arm is similar to a human arm, and through the action of damping rods and friction plates, the inhaler arm can hover within the length range of the inhaler arm. A unique rotating mechanism has been designed in the position of the suction hood, ensuring that the suction hood can be aligned with the welding position in any direction. The suction hood utilizes fluid design and airflow simulation to enable the suction arm to capture the maximum amount and range of smoke and dust generated during the welding process.
吸氣臂的外層為耐高溫的軟管,直徑為φ140-160,內(nèi)襯鋼絲。一方面能夠防止火花飛濺燙傷軟管,同時(shí)軟管結(jié)構(gòu)又保證了吸氣臂的移動(dòng)靈活,不被負(fù)壓吸扁。每根吸氣臂的設(shè)計(jì)流量通常為1,200m3/h,吸氣罩位于焊接位置上方的250-300mm高。

On the one hand, it can prevent sparks from splashing and scalding the hose, while the hose structure ensures the flexible movement of the suction arm and is not flattened by negative pressure. The design flow rate of each suction arm is usually 1200m3/h, and the suction hood is located 250-300mm high above the welding position.
吸氣臂的安裝,必須安裝在墻壁上或者是在地面上安裝立柱的形式。

吸氣臂的吸風(fēng)罩尺寸為φ150-170,適合處理焊縫長(zhǎng)度不超過(guò)100mm的焊接,工人焊接位置固定的情況。焊接方法適合手工電弧焊、CO2氣體保護(hù)焊、MAG焊、MIG焊。
The size of the suction hood of the suction arm is φ 150-170, suitable for welding with a weld length not exceeding 100mm, and for situations where workers have fixed welding positions. The welding method is suitable for manual arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, MAG welding, and MIG welding.
2、頂吸罩

頂吸罩為了能夠完全捕捉在一個(gè)工位上產(chǎn)生的任意粉塵,其尺寸為設(shè)計(jì)成覆蓋工件所有的焊接位置,頂吸罩的外形為四凌臺(tái)形,每一面與地面的夾角不小于45°,為了避免橫向氣流的干擾,通常會(huì)在吸氣罩的側(cè)邊掛擋弧簾。
In order to fully capture any dust generated on a workstation, the top suction cover is designed to cover all welding positions of the workpiece. The shape of the top suction cover is a four sided platform, with each side at an angle of no less than 45 ° to the ground. To avoid interference from lateral airflow, a gear arc curtain is usually hung on the side of the suction cover.
頂吸罩適用于焊接位置固定,焊接位置較多的情況,工人可以在吸氣罩覆蓋的范圍內(nèi)自由的焊接,產(chǎn)生的焊接煙塵都能夠順利的捕捉,達(dá)到很高的捕捉效率。
The top suction hood is suitable for situations where the welding position is fixed and there are many welding positions. Workers can freely weld within the range covered by the suction hood, and the generated welding smoke and dust can be captured smoothly, achieving high capture efficiency.
3、頂吸板
3. Top suction plate
頂吸板的捕捉原理類似于頂吸罩,兩者的區(qū)別在于,頂吸板為單層結(jié)構(gòu),采用了氣流模擬軟件詳細(xì)的模擬了其氣流組織過(guò)程,采用圓形吸口的結(jié)構(gòu),改頂吸罩的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)為單層結(jié)構(gòu),有效的減少了頂吸罩的重量,減低了頂吸罩的壓力損失,同時(shí)頂吸板的外形也遠(yuǎn)超頂吸罩。

The difference between the two is that the top suction plate is a single-layer structure, and the airflow simulation software is used to simulate its airflow organization process in detail. The circular suction port structure is adopted, and the double-layer structure of the top suction cover is changed to a single-layer structure, effectively reducing the weight of the top suction cover and reducing the pressure loss of the top suction cover. At the same time, the shape of the top suction plate is also far superior to the top suction cover.
根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工位多少及布置情況可選用移動(dòng)單機(jī)凈化和多工位集中凈化系統(tǒng)。多工位集中凈化:每個(gè)工焊煙通過(guò)焊煙捕捉裝置(吸氣臂、頂吸罩、頂吸板等)捕捉后,經(jīng)過(guò)通風(fēng)管道送入凈化主機(jī),煙氣經(jīng)凈化后排入大氣。

焊接凈化中心一般均采取集中凈化系統(tǒng),其工位布置比規(guī)范整齊,每個(gè)工位之間采用隔斷隔開(kāi),工位焊煙通過(guò)一定長(zhǎng)度的吸氣臂,采取負(fù)壓吸收方式,焊接煙塵通過(guò)吸氣臂、管路變徑等,最后經(jīng)過(guò)濾筒凈化器凈化后高空排放。這種方式從源頭上直接吸走有害焊接煙霧,從而達(dá)到保護(hù)操作人員的目的。
Welding purification centers generally adopt a centralized purification system, with a more standardized and orderly layout of workstations. Each workstation is separated by partitions, and welding smoke passes through a certain length of suction arm, adopting negative pressure absorption method. Welding smoke passes through the suction arm, pipeline diameter changes, etc. Finally, it is purified by a filter cartridge purifier and discharged at high altitude. This method directly absorbs harmful welding smoke from the source, thus achieving the goal of protecting operators.
