There are a large number of electrons and positive and negative ions in the ionized gas, which combine with the dust particles entering the electric field, making the dust particles charged. Under the action of electric field force, charged dust particles tend towards the anode (positive electrode plate) and cathode (negative electrode) of this equipment. Dust particles attached to the anode release electrons or negative charges, while dust particles attached to the cathode release positive charges and deposit on the positive and negative electrodes respectively. When the dust settles to a certain thickness, it is vibrated by the anode and cathode vibration system to settle the dust and enter the ash collection hopper. It is discharged through the ash discharge device to recover useful materials, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
