　　VOCs廢氣處理設(shè)備和其它的生產(chǎn)、生活用品一樣，使用中也會出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的問題，但是正常的使用和保養(yǎng)能夠延長VOCs廢氣處理設(shè)備的使用壽命，讓設(shè)備較加高速的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)器工作時需要處理的廢氣由風(fēng)管引入凈化塔，噴淋塔經(jīng)過填料層，在通過袋式除塵器，進(jìn)入活性炭吸附箱體內(nèi)，進(jìn)行吸附廢氣處理，吸附處理過后，再有催化燃燒裝置進(jìn)行凈化，催化燃燒裝置產(chǎn)生的熱氣流回轉(zhuǎn)到活性炭吸附箱內(nèi)，將吸附飽和后的活性炭進(jìn)行高溫脫附，以此流程凈化后的廢氣可以合理的達(dá)到地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的排放要求，低于我國排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　1、日常運(yùn)行檢查：經(jīng)過試車、調(diào)試進(jìn)入正常生產(chǎn)后，操作人員每天要定期巡回檢查設(shè)備現(xiàn)場。把巡回檢查的結(jié)果如實記錄下來，與運(yùn)行記錄一起給予總結(jié)，作為定期維修的資料。

　　3、安裝準(zhǔn)備階段檢查：VOCs廢氣處理設(shè)備及附件在已進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量檢查，經(jīng)檢驗合格后發(fā)貨。因此對組裝成形的設(shè)備及附件不作不需要的拆卸和打開。但應(yīng)認(rèn)真對照發(fā)貨清單。清點、檢查貨物，以便安裝工序順利進(jìn)行。VOCs廢氣處理設(shè)備等在運(yùn)輸或開箱時，發(fā)現(xiàn)已有涂漆、防銹層損壞，應(yīng)進(jìn)行需要的修補(bǔ)。安裝時，在設(shè)備本體表面不允許進(jìn)行電焊、氣割作業(yè)，以內(nèi)部橡膠襯層不被燒壞。

4. Regular inspection: After one year of normal production, VOCs waste gas treatment equipment should undergo regular inspection. Regular inspection is to ensure stable operation without accidents within two years and one year. In order to shorten the parking time for regular inspections, it is advisable to conduct inspections simultaneously with other equipment and devices at the water station, as long as the number of inspectors and maintenance workers permits.
