多工位焊接煙塵凈化系統(tǒng)的使用
(1)焊接煙塵的治理設(shè)備 金屬焊接產(chǎn)生的懸浮在空氣中的顆粒非常小,是“可呼吸”的,并稱(chēng)其為焊接煙霧。這種焊接煙霧中含有氣態(tài)和顆粒狀態(tài)對(duì)人體有害的污染物質(zhì)。治理的目的:一是使室內(nèi)有害污染物的濃度小于國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和《工作場(chǎng)所有害因素職業(yè)接觸界限值》所規(guī)定的車(chē)間空氣中焊接煙塵衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(電焊煙塵醉高允許濃度為6mg/m3,鋁合金焊接煙塵為4mg/m3?);二是排向大氣的污染物濃度達(dá)到國(guó)家環(huán)保要求。?由于焊煙的塵埃粒徑微小,一般的過(guò)濾材質(zhì)無(wú)法過(guò)濾焊接煙塵,應(yīng)采用聚四氟乙烯覆膜濾筒式過(guò)濾器,采用集中式整體煙塵處理設(shè)備,脈沖反吹清灰,確保過(guò)濾精度。
